C, Jan. 18 The Piedmont county delegation was augmented today by the arrival of of a strong delegation from Trinity township who are enthus iastic supporters of , the move ment. The situation is getting more favorable every day as the members are informed of the true situation. There has been a number of mistatements by the opponents of the new county because they had not informed themselves on the proposition. The advocates of the new county have answered these statements so effectively that the opponents are seeing the necessity of taking another tact. This came out last night when a letter was sent from Greensboro advising a change in the manner of attack, their fairest arguments have practically been abandoned down here. A bill was introduced today in the House to provide a home for the . widows , 01 the Confederates. The Greensboro bill for com mission form of government be came a law today. J. J F.
